Rock Solid Appraisal Reports
Our appraisal reports are built one appraiser at-a-time AppraisiX is totally unlike a lot of the "Appraisal Mills" that often illegally create appraisals reports by geographically disconnected teams of appraisers, or appraiser trainees. Often these appraisal trainees do little more than snap photos of comparable sales properties and measuring your borrower’s home, while passing that uncompleted report to a newly licensed appraiser who may be many, many miles away, having never set foot in the subject property to begin with.

Free Nationwide Comp Checks are exclusively available to AppraisiX registered clients. You must register first to receive a comp check.
Free comp checks are a priority based service for registered clients who are ready to order an appraisal and want to know if historical sales data is in line with their borrower’s loan objectives. Please allow up to 24-hours for us to fulfill your free request. Due to the sheer volume of free comp requests, we are often backlogged.
